Ordering

USA ORDERS: You may place your order on our website by either Visa/MasterCard/Discover or PayPal. Your order will usually ship the next business day - sometimes even the same day if you get it in early enough!

If you prefer to send a check, e-mail us first so we can figure the shipping amount for you, mail us the check. then we'll ship out your order once your check arrives.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please e-mail us first so we can figure your shipping amount as every country is different.

Shipping Information - USA

We do our best to have our shopping cart automatically estimate what your shipping charges will be. Sometimes those shipping charges will be too high. Usually this occurs when you order lots of items or when our ninja packing skills kick in and we get it all in a smaller box.

When we pack up your order and see what the actual charges are...we will refund any overage to you if you paid by PayPal or process your credit card for a lesser amount. You will never be charged more than the cart estimate, even if the actual cost is more! We try and ship USPS Priority Mail whenever possible. This is the fastest, most economical, reliable, and trackable shipping method available. Since they provide all the boxes we are able to save money and pass those savings on to you.

Obviously, if you order a couple of packs of needles, we won't use Priority Mail, we will send it regular first-class mail....unless, of course, you need them really fast! You can select your preference in the shopping cart during checkout.

We will also ship FedEx if the costs are less than the USPS - this is usually heavy boxes.

Shipping Information - International

We try and ship USPS Global Priority or Global Express Mail whenever possible. This is the fastest, most economical, and reliable shipping method available. Since they provide all the boxes we are able to save money and pass those savings on to you. Shipping rates vary depending on your country.

Our automated shipping estimator does its best but it is not foolproof, there are just too many different countries! If you are out of the USA and wish to order something, you will never be charged more the shopping cart tells you but it could very well be less. E-mail us ahead of time if you want a more accurate shipping charge.

We have found that international rates for small packages can be quite pricey. Heavier boxes are not as bad. Perhaps you have a few friends that you can pool together with for orders!
